Great detailing 
I particularly like the Trike's facial expression and the 'raptor's skin pattern. Unfortunately, the anatomy's pretty far off on both creatures, especially the 'raptors. They do indeed need feathers, and you've also got some glitches happening with the skull structure and the forelimbs. There are a lot of great reference pictures out there for dinosaurs, I suggest Wikipeda in particular, as paleo-nerds are often updating with the latest reconstructions.
